Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Selection Limited in Singapore seeks a Sales Consultant for our Pre-Owned Cars segment. You will guide customers through the buying journey—from showroom to post-sale support—building lasting relationships along the way.

Requirements include 2+ years in retail car sales, GCE O-Level or equivalent, and a Class 3 driving license. You will drive sales targets with strong customer engagement and a passion for cars.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
• Class 3 Driving License is required.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars.
• Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads.
• Introduce customers to dealership and offerings.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs through KYC conversations.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
