Job summary

ZENTRIX TEXTILE is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote curtains, blinds, fabrics and related products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

You will identify new customers, prepare quotations, conduct presentations, coordinate with production and installation teams, and drive online and offline marketing campaigns while conducting market research and tracking industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell curtains, blinds, fabrics and related products.
• Attend to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on potential sales leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product introductions to customers.
• Coordinate with customers on product selection, measurements, installation requirements and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue.
• Manage online and offline marketing activities, including social media and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer preferences and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, quotations, orders and customer accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and payments where required.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales or service-related issues.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Perform other sales, marketing and business development duties assigned by management.
