Job summary

WALLEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is expanding its sales team. You will negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, present quotations, and act as the liaison during sales visits or virtual meetings to close deals.

You will gather market insights, convert leads, support existing clients, schedule discovery calls, give product demos, collect feedback, and track sales performance toward monthly or annual targets, providing quarterly reports.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
• Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations.
• Act as a point of contact between customers and companies, meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Gather market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
• Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
