Job summary

OLENO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our showroom team.

You will manage customer enquiries, provide product information and prepare quotations to support daily sales activities. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently in a busy retail environment. Weekend work is required and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC or equivalent preferred.
• Retail showroom or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and related documentation.
• Follow up with prospective customers to drive sales conversions.
• Coordinate appointments, site measurements and installations with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales progress.
• Monitor sales orders and update customers on progress.
• Support showroom operations and keep the showroom presentable.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, responsible and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, assisting with showroom sales, preparing quotations and coordinating sales-related activities.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive working attitude and the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.

Basic salary starts from $2,100–$3,000 + Sales Commission & Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

• Assist walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations based on their requirements.

• Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices and related documentation.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication to facilitate sales conversions.

• Coordinate customer appointments, site measurements and installation arrangements with relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales transactions and follow-up activities.

• Monitor sales orders and provide customers with updates on order progress.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve routine sales-related enquiries professionally.

• Support daily showroom operations and maintain a presentable showroom environment.

• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service will be advantageous.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Customer-oriented, proactive and sales-driven.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work independently.

• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

• Willing to learn and develop product knowledge.

• Able to work at least 1 weekend.
