We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive business development and client success, lead client acquisition, and deliver tailored marketing campaigns. Fluency in English is required; Japanese is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or account management in media/advertising/marketing.
• Fluent English; Japanese language ability is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor-level or diploma in a related field is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage client acquisition through online and in-person pitches.
• Identify client needs to deliver tailored marketing proposals.
• Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build long-term relationships with Japanese and non-Japanese clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive contract renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client acquisition efforts through effective sales pitching (both online and in-person)
• Identify, evaluate, and understand clients’ needs to deliver tailored proposals and marketing solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with Japanese and non-Japanese clients
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and proactive follow-up to drive contract renewals

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in media, advertising, or marketing
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage (to liaise with Japanese clients)
• Passionate about media, marketing, and client relationship building
