Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking an Advertising Media Sales Manager to grow key accounts, win new business, and lead the advertising sales across multiple platforms from its Suntec base.

You will own strategic planning, client relationships and team leadership, collaborating with marketing, creative and operations to deliver tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in advertising or media sales, incl. 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting/revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills, including senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of print, digital and social media; able to craft integrated advertising solutions.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to win new business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting advantageous.

Ready to bring your media sales experience into a role with greater ownership? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Advertising Media Sales Manager to grow key accounts, win new business and lead advertising sales across multiple platforms.

This opportunity combines strategic planning, client relationship management and team leadership. You will work with marketing, creative and operations teams to turn client objectives into tailored advertising solutions.

Location: Suntec
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Week: 5 days

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Drive sales growth: Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Win new business: Identify prospects, build a strong sales pipeline and expand the client portfolio.

• Grow key accounts: Build lasting relationships and propose advertising solutions that meet clients’ business objectives.

• Lead and develop talent: Coach junior sales colleagues and support the team in achieving its targets.

• Bring campaigns to life: Partner with marketing, creative and operations teams to deliver coordinated advertising campaigns.

• Shape the sales approach: Use market insights, competitor activity and client feedback to refine strategies and identify opportunities.

• Track business performance: Prepare sales forecasts, reports and updates for senior management.

• Build industry connections: Represent the company at client meetings, networking sessions and industry events.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 6–7 years of advertising or media sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

• A proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.

• Confident communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of print, digital and social media, with the ability to develop integrated advertising solutions.

• Commercial awareness, initiative and a strategic approach to winning business.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting and digital campaign performance metrics is an advantage.
