Job summary

Smartt Precision MFG PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant to support Account Managers and Coordinators. Fresh graduates or those with 0–2 years’ experience are welcome. You will learn semiconductor OEM sales support on the job, handling RFQ/PO, order tracking, documentation and day‑to‑day coordination with manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred (admin, ops support, logistics, customer service, or sales support is a plus — sales background not required)
• Detail-oriented and organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation packages and maintain RFQ/PO records under manager guidance
• Enter and update orders in ERP/spreadsheets; track confirmations, lead times, and changes (including ECN updates)
• Monitor order status (open, shipped, invoiced, paid); follow up on deliveries and payments; escalate exceptions
• Prepare customer documents (shipping and invoice packs) using approved templates
• Support customer meetings: scheduling, minutes, action lists, and contact records
• Coordinate with planning, production, quality, and logistics for status updates; do not commit pricing or delivery dates without approval
• Keep CRM/shared drives accurate; maintain confidentiality of customer drawings and pricing
• Take on additional coordination / administrative support tasks as the Singapore site and sales programmes scale
