Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an organised Sales & Operations Executive to support daily operations across Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse teams. You'll handle customer enquiries, assist with stock coordination and help run showroom activities.

The role focuses on day-to-day support with on-the-job training and opportunities to explore other areas as you settle in, including involvement in product launches, promotions and roadshows, and coordinating premium customer

Qualifications

• A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail, Operations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail, sales support, customer service or operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• An organised approach to work, with attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
• Clear, friendly communication and a collaborative approach.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and maintaining basic records.
• Willingness to travel to different locations occasionally to support roadshows and collaborations.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the role

We're looking for an organised and approachable Sales & Operations Executive to support our daily operations. You'll work closely with our Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse teams, assisting with customer enquiries, stock coordination and occasional events. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and learning how different parts of a business come together. Your initial focus will be on day-to-day support, with training and opportunities to explore other areas as you settle into the role.
