Job summary

Leong Hup Singapore Pte. Ltd is seeking a Sales Administration & Data Analyst to provide sales reporting, data analytics, and administrative support to ensure accurate sales performance tracking, pricing management, and timely management reporting.

You will assist the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, and new account setup to drive efficient daily operations and informed business decisions. You will prepare management reports, build and maintain dashboards, and ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales administration and reporting.
• Diploma in relevant discipline is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling customer live chats.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports and present regular operational and sales data briefs.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and daily sales dashboards.
• Provide accurate sales reports to the sales team and update databases.
• Input and update system pricing for new items and customers; manage pricing templates.
• Update Market Average selling prices and tender templates.
• Assist with quotations, new customer account openings, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain filing systems for tenders and contracts; perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
