Qualifications

• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel for detailed data analysis.
• Meticulous and organized with numbers and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in business data contexts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management to present insights clearly.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Exposure to finance, economics, business, or data analytics is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service sales and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights that improve sales performance
• Maintain and track sales and operations dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports to ensure up-to-date performance monitoring
• Support sales performance reviews and conduct ad-hoc business analyses to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports to maintain reliable information for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights to support sales decisions and actions
• Communicate findings effectively to the Service Sales team and relevant stakeholders to drive alignment and action
