CHJ Jewelry located at Bugis Junction/Westgate is seeking a Jewelry Consultant to greet walk-in customers and deliver an outstanding shopping experience through personalized jewelry consultations. You will offer selection and styling advice, building trust and long-term relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets.

You will master product knowledge, communicate brand values, and maintain store presentation.

Formación

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; retail/jewelry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus to serve diverse customers.
• Able to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.

About the role

• Master product knowledge (craftsmanship, materials, styling) and effectively communicate brand values
• Maintain store image: ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and facility safety meet operational standards
• Manage inventory to meet operational and security requirements, including conducting stock counts, ensuring stock security, and coordinating inter-branch stock transfers when necessary
• Collect customer feedback and competitor insights, and suggest improvements
• Comply with company policies and collaborate with the team to optimize store operations

About you

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; retail/jewelry experience is a distinct advantage
• Passion for luxury, good fashion sense, and customer-centric mindset
• Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, dialects) is a plus to serve customers with different backgrounds
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment
• Detail-minded, proactive, team player with strong compliance awareness
• Able to work retail shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
