Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Retail/jewelry experience is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury, customer-centric mindset.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet walk-in customers and create an outstanding shopping experience through personalized jewelry consultations.
• Offer selection and styling advice to customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Master product knowledge (craftsmanship, materials, styling) and communicate brand values.
• Maintain store image: ensure visual merchandising and displays meet standards.
• Inventory management and stock checks; coordinate inter-branch transfers when needed.
• Collect customer feedback and competitor insights; suggest improvements.
• Comply with company policies and collaborate with the team to optimize store operations.
