MJV Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a Jewellery Sales Personnel to join our retail team in the Chinatown Central Region on a full-time basis. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving jewellery sales and maintaining our high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or sales experience, preferably jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, materials and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Numeracy and accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.

About the role

MJV Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a Jewellery Sales Personnel to join our retail team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic sales environment in the Chinatown Central Region. As Jewellery Sales Personnel, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst driving sales within our jewellery retail operations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and achieving our retail targets.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and providing knowledgeable, personalised product recommendations on our jewellery collections

• Demonstrating jewellery products, highlighting quality, craftsmanship and value to engage customers and facilitate purchasing decisions

• Processing transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systems

• Maintaining detailed product knowledge across all jewellery categories, materials and designs

• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

• Keeping the retail environment clean, organised and visually appealing through regular merchandising and stock displays

• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment and control

• Handling customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and discretion

• Contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets and store performance goals

What we're looking for
