You will deliver premium service, assist with daily shop operations, and help maintain stock accuracy. Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/M Mandarin) communication is essential to engage a diverse clientele. The role includes rotating weekend shifts, building a VIP customer portfolio, and contributing to a stylish, high-standard

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• Proven jewellery sales experience.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Sell and promote jewellery products to meet customer needs and sales targets

• Assist in daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and availability
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) to serve diverse customers
• Collaborate with team members to manage weekend shifts on a rotational roster
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of regular, VIP, and repeat customers.

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven track record in jewellery sales to demonstrate relevant experience
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to engage customers
