Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a Food Wholesaler/ Distributor to hire a Sales Admin Executive in Senoko.

The role provides administrative and sales support to the team, including quotations, price lists, tenders, presentations and commercial documentation. You will maintain pricing data in the ERP, prepare regular sales reports, monitor targets and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including quotations, price lists, tenders, presentations and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing, quotations, contracts and related records in the ERP system.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances, trends and opportunities.
• Maintain customer master data, sales records and pricing information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate pricing updates, contract renewals and expiry follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to support smooth commercial operations.
• Support customer requests, product launches, promotional campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and support automation/ digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
