Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a Food Manufacturing client in search of a Sales Admin Executive / Sales Coordinator to join their team in Lentor, with transport provided from designated pickup points.

The role is a permanent, Monday to Friday position from 8:00am to 5:45pm. The salary package is up to SGD 3,700 plus AWS, reflecting responsibilities in quotations, sales reporting, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales Coordination, Sales Admin, or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• ERP systems experience is a plus; immediate-start considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain customer records, pricing data and sales information.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock updates to teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve orders, deliveries, returns, and issues.
• Follow up on customer claims and rebates; maintain filing of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
