Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with corporate customers regarding training course orders and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales orders.
• Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
• Consolidate sales data, orders, and invoices for reporting and billing.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) end-to-end and ensure terms are met.
• Verify supporting documents before invoicing to prevent discrepancies.
• Maintain filing of all sales and invoicing records.
• Coordinate with sales and finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in reconciling invoices and follow up on discrepancies.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support sales and marketing.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
