Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. represents a Food Manufacturing client seeking a Sales Support Admin/Sales Coordinator in Lentor, Singapore. Permanent role, Mon-Fri, 8am-5.45pm, with a salary package up to SGD 3,700 + AWS, and transport provided from designated pickup locations.

The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining records, coordinating launches and pricing, and ensuring timely customer service across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to commence work within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales data.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, pricing updates, and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock-related updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns, and operational issues.
• Follow up on customer claims, rebates, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned.
