Job summary

YOUNG GENERATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales orders, liaise with customers, and coordinate with vendors and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves handling inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative, sales and customer reports, maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on sales orders from enquiry to delivery and after-sales service.
• Liaise with customers via email, calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Prepare and send sales quotations; process and fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with designers, printers and customers on artwork.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers on payments and invoices.
• Provide administrative, sales and customer reports.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

1)Follow-up on Sales Orders

2)Liaise with customers through emails, calls, face-to-face visit

3)Follow through Sales Orders from enquiry to delivery & after sales service, such as;-

a.Reply sales inquiries & process orders

b.Sending Sales Quotations

c.Processing and fulfilling sales orders

d.Internal Coordination of Artwork with designer, printer and customers

e.Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

f.Follow up with customers & suppliers on payments & invoices

g.Offer prompt & good customer service

4)Provide administrative, sales & customer's reports

5)Any ad hoc duties
