Job summary

Jeulia Singapore is seeking a jewellery retail sales associate to welcome customers, understand their needs and provide professional, personalised jewellery recommendations. You will develop a strong product knowledge across designs, materials, occasions, care instructions and service policies.

You will handle end-to-end service from consultation to purchase and after-sales support, participate in daily store operations, meet sales targets and maintain brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

About the role

This is a jewellery retail sales position at Jeulia, where you will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional, personalised jewellery recommendations. You will develop a strong understanding of Jeulia's products, including designs, materials, occasions, care instructions and relevant service policies, and communicate product information accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs and provide professional, personalised jewellery recommendations
• Develop a strong understanding of Jeulia's products, including designs, materials, occasions, care instructions and relevant service policies, and communicate product information accurately
• Recommend products based on each customer's budget, personal style, intended use and purchase timeline. Guide customers through product selection, styling and try-on experiences
• Deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience from the initial consultation through purchase and after-sales support. Escalate complex matters to the Store Manager or Supervisor when necessary
• Complete daily store operations, including cashiering, order entry, inventory checks, product display, replenishment, stock-taking and store upkeep
• Build and maintain customer relationships through appropriate follow-up and after-sales assistance, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and repeat purchases
• Support the store in achieving individual and team sales targets, promotional campaigns, festive activities and brand presentation standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures relating to sales processes, cash handling, inventory management, customer data protection and professional conduct

About you

• Previous experience in retail, jewellery, beauty, luxury goods, bridal, hospitality or customer service is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered
• Strong customer-service mindset, communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
• Able to communicate in English for day-to-day work and customer service. Mandarin or other language skills are an advantage, subject to customer-service needs
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong team spirit
• Comfortable working on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and promotional periods
