• Perform accurate opening and closing procedures with inventory, cash, and boutique fixtures
• Present products with storytelling to deliver personalised luxury shopping experiences
• Hit individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement
• Safeguard inventory and boutique assets with high accountability
• Maintain elegant, well-merchandised displays reflecting luxury standards
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries and follow-up to maximise satisfaction and sales

We are seeking a confident, results-driven individual with a passion for luxury retail, a strong desire to exceed sales targets, and the ability to connect with customers from all walks of life while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform accurate opening and closing procedures, including the proper handover and reconciliation of inventory, cash, and boutique fixtures.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the brand, its collections, and craftsmanship to confidently present and recommend products while delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement, relationship building, and exceptional customer service.
• Safeguard all company inventory, assets, and boutique fixtures, exercising the highest level of care and accountability at all times.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and store cleanliness, ensuring all displays are elegant, well-merchandised, and reflective of the brand's luxury standards.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer enquiries, with appropriate follow-up to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing attentive after-sales service and fostering repeat business.
• Process all sales transactions accurately and in accordance with the operating procedures and policies of the respective retail location.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands (preferred but not essential).
• Is self-motivated, sales-driven, strong closing ability, and enjoys working towards performance targets.
• Is comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
• Has a passion for fine jewellery, luxury retail, and exceptional customer service.
• Is comfortable appearing on camera for social media content and live-streaming activities.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanour.
• Is confident in building long-term client relationships and delivering personalised sales experiences.
• Is proactive, adaptable, sincere, patient, customer-oriented, and a reliable team player
• Able to commit up to 4 - 4.5 days per week until 30 April 2027 (7 months contract).
