M2 TALENTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide outstanding service, and help achieve sales targets.

Maintain an attractive showroom, handle billing and POS duties, upsell and cross-sell products, and stay current on collections and promotions. Weekend and public holidays work is required. Professional appearance, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing excellent service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a professional and attractive showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, purity, weight, pricing and promotions clearly.
• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with customers regarding new collections, promotions and special occasions.
• Assist with billing, payment processing, product packaging and documentation.
• Ensure jewellery is handled safely and according to company security procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock counts.
• Ensure jewellery displays and showcases are clean, attractive and properly arranged.
• Stay updated on current jewellery collections, promotions and market trends.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow all company policies, retail procedures and security requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and engaging customers.
• Target-oriented with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge is preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery will have an added advantage.
