Job summary

Jeulia Singapore is seeking a jewellery retail sales associate to welcome customers, understand their needs and provide professional, personalised jewellery recommendations. You will develop a strong product knowledge across designs, materials, occasions, care instructions and service policies.

You will handle end-to-end service from consultation to purchase and after-sales support, participate in daily store operations, meet sales targets and maintain brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, understand needs and provide personalised jewellery recommendations.
• Develop product knowledge across designs, materials, occasions, care instructions and service policies.
• Recommend products based on budget and style; guide selection, styling and try-ons.
• Deliver end-to-end service from consultation to purchase and after-sales support; escalate when needed.
• Complete daily store operations including cashiering, inventory, display and upkeep.
• Build customer relationships through follow-up and after-sales assistance.
• Support sales targets, promotional campaigns and brand presentation standards.
• Follow policies on sales processes, cash handling, inventory management and data protection.
