JOYALUKKAS JEWELLERY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring for multiple positions in our Singapore showrooms.

You will warmly welcome customers, understand their jewelry preferences, and guide them through selections while highlighting craftsmanship and features. Upselling, cross-selling, and strong after-sales care are essential to build loyalty and referrals. We expect candidates to be Singaporean or PR, with N level or higher, and preferably a Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail.

Qualifications

• Open for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only to apply.
• Minimum GCE “N” level.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail is a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferably in Jewellery / luxury segments.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Urgently Hiring - 10 Positions available for Hiring

Working Days :

6 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays)

Working Timing :

11am to 9pm (8 working hours, excluding breaks)

Starting Salary :

$2,900 per month

Sales & Customer Relations

• Warmly welcome customers and build genuine relationships to understand their Jewelry preferences and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry items, confidently guide customers through selections while highlighting product features and craftsmanship.
• Drive sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs, current promotions, new product launches and in-store campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by cultivating a personal client base, managing after-sales support and follow-up to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care and promptly elevate to the Store Manager if required.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure all Jewelry displays are clean, visually appealing and securely arranged to maintain a premium in-store presentation.
• Assist with daily stock audits, documentation of incoming and outgoing stock and reconciliation of physical counts with system records.
• Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager on stock transfers and inventory replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth operations.

Other Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company SOPs and local regulatory requirements, while following anti-theft protocols, opening/closing checklists, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the POS and CRM systems.
• Submit daily sales reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting key customer feedback, fast and slow-moving stock and operational challenges if any.
• Actively participate in monthly performance reviews and training sessions as advised by the Branch Manager to support continuous development and improvement.
