As we continue to grow, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment across our project sites is fundamental to our mission.

Brief Description

We are seeking a proactive and competent Safety Coordinator to strengthen workplace safety across our green infrastructure projects. This role involves conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing safety documentation, and supporting our teams in maintaining high WSH standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and comfortable working across diverse project environments – from rooftop gardens to construction sites and green façades.

Workplace Safety Management
  • Ensure all project sites comply with MOM, WSH Act, and relevant codes of practice.
  • Maintain and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method Statements.
  • Ensure proper issuance and compliance of Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of company‑wide safety policies and procedures.
Site Safety Coordination
  • Conduct routine safety inspections across sites (e.g., green walls, rooftop gardens, water systems, construction works).
  • Identify hazards, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure closure of non‑compliance items.
  • Verify safe use of PPE, tools, lifting equipment, and work‑at‑height systems.
  • Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe site execution.
Training & Safety Culture Development
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and emergency response training.
  • Track and update worker training records (WAH, MEWP, CSOC, etc.).
  • Promote and embed a strong safety culture among workers, subcontractors, and partners.
Incident Response & Documentation
  • Assist in investigations of incidents, near‑misses, and unsafe acts.
  • Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain full documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
  • Support external audits (ISO, client safety audits, main‑con safety requirements).
Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Work‑at‑Height Assessor, MEWP) are an advantage.
Experience
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, landscaping, façade works, facilities management, or similar sectors.
  • Prior experience supporting rooftop or work‑at‑height environments is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s WSH regulations and PTW systems.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage workers and subcontractors.
  • Detail‑oriented and proactive, with good investigative and follow‑up skills.
  • Comfortable with both field work and administrative/documentation tasks.
  • Physically able to perform site inspections in outdoor and elevated environments.
