Job summary

A & B SCAFFOLD ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee workplace safety compliance and incident management across job sites, stores and dormitories.

You will perform routine safety audits, conduct inductions and training, investigate incidents, and prepare risk assessments and fire prevention plans, with monthly reporting for Safety & Operations Meetings.

• Monitor adherence to Occupational safety and health regulations
• Conduct and facilitate safety inductions and training
• Respond to workplace incidents, conduct investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and report findings for learning
• Prepare risk assessments, safe work procedures, standard operating procedures, and fire prevention plans
• Prepare monthly statistics reports and presentations for monthly Safety & Operations Meetings
