Job summary

MSP LIFT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to minimize job-related accidents by monitoring operations and eliminating hazards.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in construction industry.
• Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Bisafe Level 2, managing work at height and First Aid.
• Solid knowledge of the WSH Act.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• To support and administer all EHS-related initiatives.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting / inspection with supervisors/workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure MOM regulations compliance and preventive measures.
• Handle daily site inspections on EHS aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Prepare and review safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures, etc.).
• Investigate workplace accidents, identify causes, and recommend corrective measures.
• Execute risk management plans for work processes and areas.
• Other ad-hoc EHS duties assigned by management.
• Willing to go to different site.

We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to help us minimize the risk of job-related accidents. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also develop policies to promote occupational health and safety (OSH) awareness.

Safety coordinators should be well-versed in all OSH dictations. Your work will be focused on prevention so you need to be diligent and analytical. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers.

The goal is to support the creation of a healthy and safe workplace.

• Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures and etc).
