Job summary

Builders Alliance Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer to monitor safety practices at construction sites and assist the WSH Officer and Project Manager on safety matters.

You will conduct daily safety inspections, ensure PPE compliance, and lead toolbox talks. The role requires a relevant safety/WSH qualification, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite with workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety practices at construction sites.
• Conduct daily/regular safety inspections.
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear proper PPE.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Assist to prepare RA, SWP and other safety documents.
• Report unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and assist with audits and inspections.
• Assist WSH Officer and Project Manager on safety matters.
