in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Operations Executive to manage corporate onboarding and client reporting, ensuring new corporate clients are integrated seamlessly onto our app and receive exceptional ongoing support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution focused, communicates clearly, and can translate raw usage data into clear monthly reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Success, or Account Management (SaaS or App-based environment preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into a narrative for clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
• Previous experience in Tech Sales / SaaS is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Onboarding: manage backend setup of client profiles and guide clients through setup on the app.
• Client Reporting & Analytics: aggregate data and generate monthly reports highlighting usage metrics.
• Operational Support: identify bottlenecks and maintain records of onboarding status and schedules.
