Job summary

Bupa Global Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide sales administration and operational support to the partnership sales team. The role is based in Singapore with hybrid working arrangements and a permanent full-time contract.

You will handle application processing, document checks, and coordination with underwriting, compliance and finance to ensure timely completion. You will maintain accurate trackers, support onboarding, training coordination and reporting, and respond

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required or preferred in business administration, financial services or related discipline
• Experience in sales administration, insurance operations, banking operations or customer onboarding
• Experience handling application processing in regulated financial-services or insurance environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM/workflow/document-management tools
• Clear written and spoken English; additional language ability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process new business applications from the Standard Chartered sales team and Health Insurance Specialists.
• Check application forms and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and alignment with approved processes.
• Prepare, upload and maintain application information and supporting documentation in approved systems.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, compliance, finance and other internal teams to progress applications to completion.
• Track outstanding requirements, status and turnaround times to minimise delays.
• Keep Health Insurance Specialists informed of progress, decisions and operational issues; support post-submission activities and audits.
