Job summary

Times Higher Education is seeking an Account Executive for the Singapore Office to support higher education customers, overseeing onboarding, service delivery, renewals and collaboration with Sales and Account Management to drive value.

The role focuses on onboarding, retention and orchestration of multi-workstream accounts within a SaaS data and benchmarking environment, with emphasis on excellent client communications and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer success, or onboarding in a SaaS or data business.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritise tasks.
• Exposure to the higher education sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and service delivery: support onboarding and fulfilment of services, resolving queries within SLAs.
• Customer success & retention: help customers maximise value and monitor satisfaction; manage renewals.
• Account orchestration: own daily client relationship and coordinate delivery across THE.
• Collaboration & records: work with Sales, Finance and Product; maintain records in Salesforce.
