Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Migration PMO to lead SAP S/4HANA data migration governance and delivery across modules. The role requires 8–10 years in PMO or PM delivery with SAP experience.

Responsibilities include planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting, plus training and handover for a global delivery model. Singapore-based with agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of PMO/project management or delivery assurance in SAP implementations.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP data migration delivery from blueprint to go-live support.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, data migration tools, planning, and reporting.
• Global delivery experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of data migration governance and delivery.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and within-budget delivery with compliance.
• Oversee cross-module data migration across FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.
• Coordinate with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders for unified delivery.
• Develop training for PMOs, module leads, and stakeholders.
• Create documentation for data migration plans, governance, risk, and handover.
