Job summary

NO DEVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced PMO Data Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration project within the pharmaceutical industry in Singapore.

This role will serve as the primary local contact for Singapore key users, ensuring timely data deliverables and effective coordination between business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP S/4HANA data migration experience, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to drive execution in

Qualifications

• Experience in data PMO, SAP projects, or data migration coordination.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects with PP/MM/SD modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and SAP data models.
• Experience coordinating business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore Key Users in hands-on SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
• Act as local SPOC to resolve migration issues and guide daily operations.
• Assist with pre- and post-load verification, data validation, mapping, and file construction.
• Review migration deliverables quality and ensure consistent execution across all business functions.
• Coordinate defect logging, assignment, and resolution with stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Track milestones and support timely delivery of migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and readiness.
