Job summary

No deviation Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced PMO Data Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration within the pharmaceutical industry in Singapore. You will be the primary local contact for key users, ensuring timely data deliverables and effective coordination between business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data PMO, SAP projects, or data migration coordination.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects with knowledge of PP/MM/SD.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and migration methodologies.
• Experience coordinating business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong execution, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation with multiple stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore Key Users in hands-on execution of the data migration plan.
• Serve as local SPOC to resolve migration issues and guide daily tasks.
• Assist in pre- and post-load verification, data validation, mapping, and file construction.
• Review migration deliverables quality and ensure consistency across functions.
• Coordinate defect logging, classification, and resolution with stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and risks.
• Track milestones and support timely delivery of migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and readiness.
