Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP project coordinator/PMO professional to drive project progress and support system implementations.

You will coordinate across business users, functional teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of SAP projects. Leverage SAP S/4HANA experience to guide cutover planning, data migration, and deployment while maintaining governance, risk tracking, and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
• Experience leading SIT and UAT activities with stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project implementations, with English and Japanese communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support users throughout system implementation projects.
• Assist with business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide PMO support and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
