Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Data PMO professional to lead SAP S/4HANA migration efforts from Tuas, Singapore. This contract role requires close collaboration with business users, data validation, and load verification to ensure a smooth migration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Data PMO experience, deep SAP module knowledge (PP/MM/SD), and strong communication with stakeholders. Pharma exposure is preferred; islandwide pickup support is available.

Qualifications

• Min. 10+ years of relevant Data PMO experience.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP PP / MM / SD modules.
• Strong end-to-end business process and data migration knowledge.
• Pharma industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA data migration activities and migration plan execution.
• Work closely with Key Users on data validation, mapping and load verification.
• Coordinate and resolve migration defects with relevant stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify roadblocks and support mitigation actions.
