Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced PMO Data Coordinator in Singapore to support a large SAP S/4HANA migration within the pharmaceutical sector. The role serves as the local contact for key users, driving data deliverables and coordinating business and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP S/4HANA data migration experience, solid project coordination skills, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced project environment. Singapore-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data PMO, SAP projects, or data migration coordination.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects with domain knowledge in PP/MM/SD.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP data models, and migration methodologies.
• Experience coordinating business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for meetings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore Key Users in hands-on execution of the SAP S/4HANA data migration plan.
• Act as local SPOC to resolve migration issues and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Assist Key Users with pre- and post-load verification, data validation, and mapping.
• Review quality of migration deliverables and ensure consistent execution across functions.
• Coordinate defect logging, classification, assignment, and resolution with teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups to monitor progress and drive mitigations.
• Track milestones and support timely delivery of migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and readiness.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Data Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration project within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will act as the primary local point of contact for Singapore key users, ensuring successful execution of migration activities, timely completion of data deliverables, and effective coordination between business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP S/4HANA data migration, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Singapore Key Users in the hands-on execution of the SAP S/4HANA data migration plan.
• Act as the local subject matter contact (SPOC) to resolve migration-related issues and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Assist Key Users in completing pre- and post-load verification, data validation, mapping, design, and construct files.
• Review the quality of migration deliverables and ensure consistent execution across all business functions.
• Coordinate defect logging, classification, assignment, and resolution with Key Users, Global Process Owners, technical teams, and migration partners.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Track project milestones and support timely delivery of migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and migration readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Data PMO, SAP projects, or data migration coordination.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Strong knowledge of at least one SAP S/4HANA functional module (PP, MM, or SD).
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP data models, master data objects, and migration methodologies.
• Experience coordinating business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Strong execution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is preferred.
