Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a Route Reporting Analyst to support the end-to-end preparation and analysis of route results for SIA operated routes. This role plays an active part in month-end close processes, external reporting, system enhancement initiatives, and cross-functional ad hoc requests.

The successful candidate will coordinate monthly cost allocations, prepare route profitability reports, and contribute to SOPs for reporting workflows, while handling data requests and system

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience with SAP PaPM is an advantage.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to month-end closing of operating statistics and reconciliation of records between passenger and cargo operations.
• Assist in calculating and allocating monthly fixed and variable costs across routes.
• Prepare monthly route profitability reports and assist in consolidating annual reports.
• Prepare monthly bellyhold computations for the Cargo segment.
• Coordinate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and surveys to external bodies.
• Fulfil internal data requests to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Support ongoing system implementation or migrations and participate in new initiative rollouts.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for route reporting workflows.
