Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Operations Analyst to own regional performance reports and conduct deep-dive analyses on significant movements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and design data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL or Python, and excellent stakeholder management to coordinate complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in SQL or Python to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional stakeholders and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in operational transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Willing to travel and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional performance reports and conduct deep dive analysis on significant movements.
• Support monthly communication deck production to management teams.
• Work closely with functional teams to identify existing operational gaps.
• Manage cross functional projects by designing and implementing frameworks such as agent / BPO management.
• Drive effective AI adoption across the organization through exploration, education and implementation of ops use cases.
• Develop internal support tools for the team such as training materials, microsite build etc.
