Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Business/Marketing exposure is a plus.
• Experience in sales & marketing or commercial roles with a data analysis background preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency; Tableau experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities to improve sales through data-driven planning and analytics for the Singapore market.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop growth initiatives for market segments and accounts.
• Plan and distribute annual revenue targets to key OD markets.
• Execute sales steering analysis and assign targets to corporate and agency teams.
• Implement pricing strategies to match demand and grow revenue for assigned OD markets.
• Develop distribution and channel management strategies in Singapore.
• Perform regular OD analyses to ensure revenue contributions from key segments.
• Analyze top corporate and agency accounts on key OD markets.
• Drive productivity and standardisation of sales reports.
• Manage and develop sales planning staff.
