Job summary

The role includes overseeing cash audit checks, reviewing the Segregation of Duty Matrix, and supporting month-end close with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of accounting experience, is meticulous, and possesses strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or an ACCA-equivalent qualification recognised for corporate accounting.
• 2–3 years of working experience.
• Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Project management skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review stations' accounts receivables and payables for the region in charge.
• Partner with station users on budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Review cash audit checks and suspense accounts.
• Handle queries from stations and assist in troubleshooting.
• Assist with system access applications and review Segregation of Duty Matrix for discrepancies.
• Perform relief duties and review accounting controls at overseas stations to ensure procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on system enhancement projects.
• Support month-end closing activities and other assigned tasks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
