Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Analysis or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of the Trust & Safety risk lifecycle and contextual challenges across markets.
• Experience with Hate Speech, Harassment or other high-harm policy domains at scale.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and data extraction from dashboards.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Identify emerging and persistent risk patterns across markets and domains.
• Drive the analytical strategy for the assigned risk domain and prioritize topics by severity and recurrence.
• Conduct root cause analyses to uncover systemic gaps across product, policy and operations.
