Qualifications

• 5+ years in fraud operations, risk control, or Trust & Safety.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with ML model lifecycle, RLHF, model tuning, or automated QA workflows.
• Strong investigative mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to translate model performance into business impact for leadership.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Risk Operations Analysts and guide risk decisions.
• Drive migration of investigations to LLM-driven automation for precision.
• Partner with regional commercial and operations teams to balance growth and risk.
• Own regional risk metrics and perform advanced data analysis.
• Collaborate with Global Risk Domain, Product, and Data Science to close gaps.
• Escalation point for high-impact fraud incidents and regulatory requests.
• Develop and oversee LLM QA, including RLHF and root-cause analysis.
• Coach the team toward deep-dive data analysis and AI oversight.
