Job summary

TikTok is seeking a talented risk strategy professional to join the BRIC team. You will help design data-driven risk defense systems, analyze abuse patterns and drive governance across a global content ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, security, math, AI or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in internet products, risk strategy, content safety, security or related domains is a plus.
• Passion for solving large-scale, evolving adversarial problems with long-term systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive community safety risk initiatives by identifying emerging risks and scaling strategy solutions.
• Develop expertise in community risk governance by analyzing signals to detect abuse patterns and networks.
• Design data-driven product strategies balancing risk prevention, user experience and growth.
• Build scalable risk capabilities adaptable across products and markets.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve the end-to-end risk intelligence framework.
• Explore AI Agent powered risk defense systems for automated risk investigation and review.
• Work with cross-functional partners to resolve large-scale online risk challenges globally.
• Monitor evolving abuse trends and adversarial techniques across the ecosystem.
