Job summary

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore is seeking an experienced Rooms Division leader to oversee Front Office and Housekeeping, ensuring an efficient, profitable operation and exceptional guest service. You will participate in policy formation, optimize staffing, and drive standards across the hotel.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality degree or diploma with at least 5 years in a managerial Rooms Division role within a luxury environment, and possess strong analytical, service-oriented capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Rooms Division, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office and Housekeeping departments for efficient and profitable operation.
• Develop and implement operating and capital budgets for Rooms Division.
• Collaborate with management to improve profitability and guest service across Rooms Division.
• Assist in manpower planning and ensure department schedules meet operational needs.
• Review and negotiate contracts for Front Office and Housekeeping to meet standards.
• Delegate responsibilities to department managers and monitor performance.
• Ensure top guest service across all hotel areas.
• Drive service excellence and ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and quality standards.
• Champion digital initiatives and technology adoption for efficiency.
• Oversee guest recognition, service recovery and loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to comments to improve satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maximise profitability.
• Prepare reports and build databases for management decision-making.
