The role involves escalating incidents to resolver groups or vendors, imaging devices, supporting deployments, and maintaining detailed ticket records. The ideal candidate will assist with Windows and Office 365 issues, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to the creation of operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to end users across sites.
• Provide remote desktop support to end users.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate resolver groups or vendors.
• Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging activities.
• Support device deployment, replacement, and technology refreshes.
• Update and maintain incident and service request records in the ticketing system.
• Create, update and maintain work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and procedures.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 issues.
