Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing rewards practices across the organisation, spanning broad-based and executive compensation, incentive programmes, equity and benefits. You will diagnose gaps in existing rewards practices, design compensation structures and incentive plans, and lead market intelligence and benchmarking to develop a clear perspective on competitive pay positioning. As a trusted rewards advisor to senior stakeholders, you will provide analytical insights and recommendations on complex compensation matters, including executive compensation and rewards-related M&A due diligence.
Requirements
You are an experienced rewards professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within technology, fintech or another high-growth environment. You have strong exposure to compensation design, benchmarking, incentive programmes and broader rewards practices, with a track record of solving complex compensation challenges. Experience supporting executive compensation will be highly advantageous.
Highly analytical and commercially minded, you are comfortable translating data into clear recommendations and operating independently in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You combine sound judgement with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and are comfortable exploring automation, Generative AI and new ways of improving rewards practices.
