Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Manager to lead survey operations and provide compensation and benefits data consulting across industries in Singapore. You will collect, validate, and analyze data and deliver insights using Excel and various tools, contributing to the growth of the rewards data business.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing medium-size projects, and supporting client relationships, proposals, and product development

Description

As a Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the survey operations and provision of compensation and benefits data consulting support to clients across various industries.
You will serve as a key resource in selected industries and responsible for collecting compensation and benefits data, conducting checks and validation as well as data analysis and reporting by showing mastery in the use of excel and other technology tools.
You would be assisting the growth and profitability of the unit by being a team member for key client groups, support medium to large size projects, as well as be involved in marketing and selling Willis Towers Watson Rewards Data & Software products and services. This includes standard and bespoke surveys as well as selling and delivering compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments.

• Displays understanding and knowledge of firm-wide survey methodologies and processes
• Identify and develop products and solutions that can help grow and transform the data business by designing and building models / algorithms to drive predictive & prescriptive analytics across the customer journey and product portfolio.

• Research client problems and unmet data needs, compile and evaluate research on market requirements, identify, develop and evaluate new product ideas or enhancements to existing products, translate research discoveries into usable and marketable solutions.
• Support large and/ or several medium-sized projects paying strict adherence to strong project management and meeting client requirements
• Identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics in transforming the business, products and solutions for clients.
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g., selling and project management skills)
• Serve as member and/or project manager of an integrated consulting team on medium scale rewards and benefits benchmarking projects
• Develops and maintains good understanding of available WTW products and services

People & Clients

• Serve as a key team member for selected industries by establishing and maintaining close relationships with survey clients
• Support analysis and other trends and insights preparation for clients on survey results. Provide support on group presentations or one-to-one meetings
• Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues
• Support the revenue growth of allocated industry sector or surveys
• Support business development and account management activities to meet revenue targets
• Support and or lead the development and execution of industry research and business development plans by identifying key target industries, groups, associations, etc.

• Support and guide inexperienced members of the team

Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of relevant compensation experience with an established compensation
• 5 years of experience in solving complex business problems using data science, statistical techniques & machine learning to build predictive & prescriptive solutions across the product portfolios and customer journeys.
• Demonstrated success in working with dynamic and autonomous teams in a global organization, including experience working in an agile environment with iterative feedback.
• Able to identify and solve challenges, think outside the box, facilitate discussions, drive consensus on project teams and execute ideas.
• Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the team to build solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize & communicate complex results to senior leaders.
• Attention to detail with focus on data quality, data consistency and criticality.
• Ability to shape ambiguity, govern & prioritize in a matrixed environment across organizational boundaries.
