Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is recruiting a Senior Rewards Specialist for a 6- to 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on compensation governance, budgeting, and executive pay data management across multiple jurisdictions.

You will prepare remuneration materials for committees and support senior leadership with cost reporting. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in rewards, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compensation or rewards in financial services, commodities trading, or complex international business.
• Proven track record preparing remuneration committee materials and board-level presentations.
• Strong HR budgeting, financial modelling and cost reporting for senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel modelling; experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Benchmarking tools and reward practices across multiple jurisdictions including UK, SG, JP, US.

Job description

Our client is a leading energy trading firm. We are looking for a Senior Rewards Specialist to support them on a 6-12 month contract.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in compensation or rewards within financial services, commodities trading, or complex international business.
• Proven track record preparing remuneration committee materials, including executive pay data and board-level presentations.
• Strong expertise in HR budgeting, financial modelling, and cost reporting with clear outputs for senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modelling, pivot tables, scenario analysis); experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Solid understanding of compensation benchmarking tools and reward practices across multiple jurisdictions including UK, Singapore, Japan, and US.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
