Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Manager to lead survey operations and provide compensation and benefits data consulting to clients across diverse industries in Singapore. The role emphasizes data collection, validation, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and tailored surveys.

The candidate will grow the data business by developing predictive and prescriptive analytics, managing projects, and supporting marketing and sales of WTW rewards

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of compensation experience.
• 5+ years solving complex business problems with data science and ML.
• Experience working in an agile environment with iterative feedback.
• Ability to translate research into usable, marketable solutions.
• Experience delivering insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey operations and provide compensation/benefits data consulting to clients across industries.
• Develop models and analytics to drive prescriptive insights across journeys and product portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support business development and client relationships.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and monitoring of model performance.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to industry research and proposals.
